Standard delivery takes two to four weeks. A Start package goes live in under a week. How delivery works

Grounded answers, guarded data

An assistant that invents answers is worse than no assistant. Ours are built not to.

  • Answers from your data only

Every reply is grounded in your documents, catalog, and policies. No improvisation on prices or terms.

  • A human is always reachable

Low confidence, high stakes, or an angry customer: the system escalates to your team with full context.

  • NDA and SLA in writing

Confidentiality from the first call, response times and uptime commitments in the contract.

  • On-premise when it matters

Banks, clinics, and public bodies can run everything on their own servers. Data residency by architecture, not by promise.

Prices on the board, not in a call

Five fixed packages and a custom build where you name the budget. Payment by bank transfer with an invoice; card acquiring is coming.

Fair questions, straight answers

How fast can we actually launch?

A Start package typically goes live in under a week: we train the assistant on your documents and connect one channel. Systems with CRM, telephony, or multi-agent logic take two to four weeks. You see a working prototype before we build the full system.

Will it answer correctly, or invent things?

The assistant answers only from your catalog, documents, and rules. If the answer is not in your data, it says so and offers a human instead of guessing. You review the knowledge base before launch and can update it any time.

Which CRMs and channels do you support?

amoCRM and Bitrix24 out of the box, custom systems through APIs. Channels: your website, Telegram, and phone lines through local telephony providers. If your stack is unusual, we scope the integration during the audit at no cost.

Does the voice agent really speak Uzbek?

Yes, Uzbek and Russian, including the code-switching customers actually use. You listen to sample calls on your own scripts before the agent ever dials a client.

What happens after launch?

The first month of tuning is included: we review real conversations weekly and adjust flows, wording, and escalation rules. After that you choose a support plan or take the documented system in-house.

How do payments work?

You order a package on the site and receive an invoice for bank transfer. Prices are fixed and published in UZS, so the amount on the invoice matches the amount on the page. Card payments are coming once acquiring is connected.
