Refund policy

1. Basis

This policy follows the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. It applies to services ordered through saitrix.uz.

2. Cancellation before work starts

You may cancel an order before the audit call takes place with a full refund of the amount paid. The refund is made to the same account within ten banking days of the request.

3. Cancellation during delivery

You may terminate the contract at any time by paying for the work actually performed. The stage structure makes this transparent: completed stages and their deliverables are payable; the remainder is refunded. Materials produced for you (flows, knowledge base drafts, documentation) are handed over in the state they reached.

4. Quality claims

If a delivered system does not match the ordered package composition or the approved prototype, we correct the defect at no charge within the timelines agreed for the claim. If correction proves impossible, the price is proportionally reduced or the affected stage refunded.

5. What is not refundable

Work accepted without reservations (including deemed acceptance under the Public offer) and third-party costs already incurred on your instruction (for example, telephony numbers or hardware purchased for an on-premise install) are not refundable, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. How to request

Send a request to saitrix2026@yahoo.com from the contact used at ordering, stating the order and the reason. We respond within five working days with the calculation and timeline.
